| A Boot Camp Experience - This “1 Hour Class”
is held on Venice Beach. SEE PRICES Body Sculpting exercises Weight Training Toning Bands Sand Runs Parachute Runs Sprints Abdominal Toning exercises Cardio Kick Boxing Warm up / Cool down Stretches Combining these Activities increases strength & burns at least 1200 calories an hour. This class is a muscle specific program better known as a split routine. Split routines allow individuals the opportunity to work all major muscle groups within a three day work out week. Our weekly class structure is: Monday & Thursday: Legs & Abdominals Tuesday & Friday: Chest, Triceps, Shoulder’s & Abs Wednesday & Saturday: Back, Biceps, Rear Deltoids, and Abs Classes are designed for all fitness levels you go at your own pace. We have a fitness rating scale from level 1 to 10. New students start at Level 1 no matter what their fitness level. As students continue with the program they advance to the next level. This allows the student to set goals for themselves and, with the assistants of the Trainers; they are able to accomplish them. |
