OPTIMUM ARRIVAL  From the moment you arrive to the most visited beach in the world, Venice Beach in beautiful Southern California, you are enveloped in an experience of a lifetime. We provide luxury transportation from LAX. Youšll be greeted by one of our staff and whisked away to your 4 star accommodations. There you will be given a brief orientation to help prepare you for this adventure. OPTIMUM ADVENTURE   Your days will unfold with expert personal training that gives you one-on-one customized expertise. You're also given an opportunity to meet with the locals in our Group Training Sessions and Beach Boot Camp Classes. Venice and Santa Monica enjoy a thriving health and physcial fitness culture and community. We also offer specialized private and group training, such as Boxing and Kickboxing. Each week we tour to special places in Southern California, where the nature inspires and invigorates us. While strolling through mountains or along lakes on our guided Hikes and Mountain Bike Trips, you'll learn lots, see amazing scenery and make some great friends! OPTIMUM CUISINE  With all your hard work, you'll need the right kind of fuel to keep you at the top of your game. This is where our Nutritionist and Personal Chef come in. They will prepare five balanced gourmet meals each day, accommodating your tastes. They will also take you through in-depth tutelage, that you can apply to your everyday life and take home with you.
